Preventa Cable Pull Switches

XY2-CE and XY2-CH cable pull switches provide for an emergency stop to be signaled at any point along a cable up to 165 feet in length. Typical applications include conveyor systems, packaging, textiles, transfer machines, presses, woodworking equipment and paint lines.

XY2-CH Cable Pull Switches

XY2-CH cable pull switches are designed for use as an emergency stop for shorter cable runs up to 50 feet. Each device can be used for either left-hand or right-hand operation. Its small size makes the product easy to mount and install. Viewing windows make it easy to see when the device is adjusted correctly and whether it is reset (ready for operation) or is tripped, simplifying installation and troubleshooting.

Two viewing windows aid switch adjustment

XY2-CE Cable Pull Switches

XY2-CE cable pull switches are designed for use as an emergency stop for long cable runs up to 165 feet. Left-hand and right-hand versions are available to fit your application. The cable tripping force to operate the device can be adjusted internally to meet varying application requirements, such as ignoring articles which fall off the conveyor and onto the cable, or applications requiring a lighter operating force.
