Wall Mounted Cooling Units

Rittal TopTherm wall-mounted cooling units offer top design and top performance with a host of assembly benefits. The Rittal platform strategy has system-wide mounting cutouts to fit cooling units, and air/air heat exchangers to facilitate easy adaptation to the required cooling output, even retrospectively.

The divided case construction permits up to three different installation variants

Generous distances between the air intakes and outlets in the interior air circuit ensure good air circulation even the most compact installations.

Climate Controlled Enclosures

The climate controlled enclosure KTS integrates perfectly into the TS 8 system platform with its infinite expansion possibilities and system solutions. Suitable for immediate use with no machining required, saving you time and money.

Useful cooling output from 1,100 to 2,500 watts
No assembly work and low investment costs, thanks to the complete solution consisting of an enclosure and integral cooling unit
Maximum distance between the air inlet and outlet openings
May be integrated directly into TS 8 bayed enclosure suites.

Climate Control Doors

Doors, for installing in 600, 800 and 1,200 mm wide TS 8 enclosures, with useful cooling outputs of 1100, 1500, 2000 and 2500 W

Cooling module can be easily and quickly removed and reinstalled for servicing purposes
Solid front insensitive to dirt
Large space between the air inlet and air outlet

Air/Water Heat Exchangers

Allow the the air inside the enclosure interior to be cooled to below the level of the external temperature, if required, by using cooling water from a central recooling system. By using water as the cooling mechanism, dust is prevented from entering the cooled enclosure.

Useful cooling output from 600 to 5000 watts
Suitable for use even under extreme conditions and ambient temperatures of up to +70°C
Also available with all the water-carrying parts made from V4A
System for TS 8 integrated into the side panel

Air/Air Heat Exchangers

The air of the enclosure interior may also be cooled to below the level of the external temperature, if required, by using cooling water from a central recooling system. The ingress of dust from outside into the cooled enclosure is prevented.

External and internal circuit may be controlled separately
Mounting cutouts and enclosure dimensions identical to

Fan and Filter Units

Fan-and-filter units are used in virtually all segments of industry: from the smallest enclosures, to command panels and consoles, through to large and bayed enclosure systems. They are the easiest method of protecting against overheating and hot spots.
